Pursuant to Virginia Business and Professional Code, I, Ginger Garvey, make the following disclosures: I am an employee of Free2BFree.  I am a professional who provides services that are alternative and complementary to the healing arts services licensed by the state. Each client will be interviewed and if it is determined that the services I provide can be of benefit, I will provide services in accordance with the education, training, and experience I have.

 

I offer the following services:

  • Counseling - This is a service that is provided based on the training and support I receive as an Ordained Minister with Peace Community Church International.  I use healing exercises and techniques that support spiritual and emotional healing that may compliment medical treatment.  No consultation or information provided is intended to, nor should it ever, take the place of professional services including, but not limited to, medical, legal, financial, business and/or psychological counselling.

  • Coaching- This “is a process that enables learning and development to occur and thus performance to improve. To be successful, a coach requires knowledge and understanding of process as well as the variety of styles, skills and techniques that are appropriate to the context in which the coaching takes place.” (Parsloe, 1999)

These services are not licensed by the state. The services do not include the practice of medicine or psychology, since I am not a licensed physician.
